Days Right to Return

Under European law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return must be made within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused and in perfect condition
  • Must be in its original packaging, undamaged
  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number

Return Process

The return process is simple and fast:

    Contact us

    Send an email to info@bloominbox.gr with your order number and the reason for return.

    Receive instructions

    We'll send you details for the shipping address and return method.

  3. 3

    Ship the product

    Package the product safely and send it to the address you receive. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

    Refund

    After we inspect the item, the refund is completed within 5-10 working days.

Refund

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase:

  • Card: Credit appears within 5-10 working days
  • Bank transfer: Transfer within 3-5 working days
  • Cash on delivery: Refund via bank transfer

The shipping costs of the original order are not refunded, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Non-returnable:

  • Candles that have been opened, used or lit
  • Products without original packaging or damaged
  • Personalized / custom products
  • Products on sale or clearance

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We fully cover the cost of replacement or return.
