Yes! All our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax, with no paraffin or toxic substances. The fragrances we use are also high-quality and safe.

Burn time depends on size. Our small candles (100ml) last about [HOURS] hours, while the larger ones (200ml+) up to [HOURS] hours. We recommend burning the candle for 2-3 hours at a time.

We don't currently offer custom fragrances, but our collection is regularly refreshed with new, unique options. Follow us on social media to be the first to know about new scents!

For best results: trim the wick to 0.5cm before each lighting, let the candle melt across the entire surface on the first burn, and never leave it lit for more than 4 hours at a time.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. For more details, see our Returns Policy.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days from the moment we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used in the original order.
